1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
We will not issue refunds after an order is created or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after placing an order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

2. Can I return an item and get a full refund?
Unfortunately, returns are strictly prohibited unless the product is defective. If so, please notify us within one week after receiving the product. In this case, we are happy to help resolve the issue!

3. Can I exchange the product for a larger or smaller size?
Dear customer, we support you to exchange the product within one week after receiving it, and it will not affect your re-sale. Because we are international delivery, you need to pay for shipping and customs duties, which are different in each country. Please contact us by email for prices. If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
